Question....

So, this is my second pregnancy. I've never had any issues with miscarriages but I'm roughly 6 weeks along and my doctor has been sending me for blood tests for the last 3 weeks. My hcg levels haven't been increasing like they're supposed to and my last blood test shows that the level actually decreased. I'm trying to keep an open mind here but my doctor didn't sound too optimistic. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Did you have an ultrasound? How fast are your levels dropping? The chances are not in your favor here, but i did hear cases of a small drop in the hgc level happening when one twin dies, and the other twin survives. So sorry you have to go through this.

I'm surprised if he had been concerned for that amount of time why he didn't put you on progesterone.

Sorry to hear that. When I had a miscarriage, my levels dropped very drastically over 3 days (from about 2000 to almost 0).

How did you go? I hope you have good news
