moving baby

Is it normal at 21 weeks pregnant to not feel the baby often and just slight twinges now and again?

The placenta location factored alot for me since mine is in front so i only feel big movements when i was 21 weeks (I'm now 36 weeks) but also the more your walking and movement the more your putting him to sleep.  If you want to feel him move more lay down and keep still for a while and they like to wake up or play music for the baby, my boy loves music!  He would kick my phone when I played something with a beat and laid it on my tummy.

Yes it's common especially dependent on where your placenta is
