pins and needles
Does anyone wake up and get pins and needles in there hands I do for some reason would it be because of being pregnant oh and my tummy gets really hard and sore though the night
The pins and needles is most likely carpal tunnel syndrome from pregnancy. Wear a wrist splint at night and try not to sleep in your hands
Yeah, most mornings my hands and fingers are tingling or numb. I have to raise my hands above my head and shake them to regain feeling. Night time is a nightmare! Every annoying symptom happens when I'm trying to sleep! The baby's kicking and punching,,acid reflux, stomach cramps, tooth and gum aches, and peeing every 20 minutes. 14 days to go!
