My doctor tells me walking sex squats and using exercise ball but you have to keep pushing through contractions even when they get painful. I been trying to point where I can't walk through pain but after few hours they weaken but apparently going by my last pregnancy and what is happening now my body has trouble going into active labor. I'm stuck at 3cm 60% even after strong regular contractions 3 minutes apart for more than 17hrs. Oh and stair climbing is supposed to help also.

Sounds like what keeps happening to me. I've only had bloody show with my 1st and I didn't see no more blood after I lost it. But I've heard that some women has experienced it coming more afterwards.
