Root beer or Sprite?

I know caffeine is not good during pregnancy but sometimes I crave a bit of carbonation. So, I'll have a root beer or sprite. No caffeine, but still sugar. Is it ok for me to drink them?

They are better for you than a regular soda with caffeine but always keep in mind to still drink them in moderation they have tons of sugar and sodium that are not good for you

I have always drank caffeine throughout my pregnancies.. But remember moderation.. I am a coffee drinker.. But I usually put milk in it to make it seem like a full cup..

I'm always careful to read the label. And yes, sometimes I do drink a Pepsi. Sometimes My Body Just craves the caffeine. But it's all in moderation.

Caffeine is fine in moderation.  Don't beat yourself up about drinking a pop. If you are determined to be caffeine free be aware that some root beers have caffeine.
