Second kid less weight gain than first?

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have only gained 10lbs. With my first kid I had gained almost 20lbs. I thought most people gained more the 2nd time? I'm worried because I'm a little below the expected range.

I gained 30lbs with my first. I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my second and "technically" have only gained 1lb. I lost 15lbs In the first 5 months and have barely reached my pre pregnancy weight  (was 152 and went down to 138). My doctor is completely fine with it.my baby is actually measuring bigger than normal. As long as baby is healthy and growing then you shouldn't worry about not gaining weight

With my first i gained like 25 lbs. Number 2 i was only 4 lbs more at the end of pregnancy than i was before. But i also startef that pregnancy more over weight. Weight gain isn't a absolutely needed thing, especially if your over weight at all. I am over weight now and 18 weeks. My doctor is good with my weight not changing or even going down. As long as baby is getting what it needs and still getting bigger, its not something to worry about. Good luck!
