I don't have our in pill form either but most pills/vit. Are not actually useable by the body shop I eat extra calcium rich foods...you can do a search online but it's more than just drinking milk...i eat yoghrt,cheese and crackers, cream cheese with seasoning as a veggie or fruit dip, some dark leafy greens, smoothies made with all our part milk...there are some naturak way ways plus they fill you up;)
