Oh boy! This takes me back to my first trimester experience. My nipples were definitely sensitive and sore for awhile. Not to mention, they were also very itchy! I was a super flat-chested AA and now I'm like a full C, almost a D now.  It does go away and be sure to put some of that cocoa butter palmer's lotion around your beasts, too. I wish I did...

It's normal, I had the same problem and lasted for weeks unfortunately in the first trimester. Good news it does go away

Try lanolin cream for nipples! Painful to apply but helps amazingly!!!

They have breastfeeding gel packs that are reusable and can be cooler. That might help. Sometimes the pain passes and sometimes it is through the whole pregnancy. Good luck, I sympathize with you

Changing bra types, and ice packs, Tylenol. For me it didn't last too too long.
