I'm 26 weeks and find it hard to breath at night when laying down. Anyone else?

I have a body pillow I sleep with and I double my pillow but it doesn't help that much.

Baby might be sitting up high and putting pressure on your lungs in addition to your diaphragm. Try propping yourself up on a couple of pillows tobhelpbyake the pressure off. I also "hug" a pillow at night to keep my shoulders aligned & my ribs from compressing my lungs even more. I also sleep with a body pillow between my knees and wedged under my belly to relieve diaphragm pressure. It could be acid reflux too! Tims are my best friend at night. I think at about 2am when I wake up to take round 2, I love them more than I love my husband for a few minutes!

same here! actually, I find it hard to breathe even while sitting up.. like right now! they say it's normal during pregnancy because of the hormones.. but I think a lot of it also has to do with the fact that I'm petite, small torso, and today's ultrasound confirmed that his head is on my bladder, and his feet are in my ribs.. so I KNOW he's putting pressure on my lungs!! "/

I can't imagine what these last, remaining weeks will be like!! lol Lord help us.. you're not alone!!! haha I made a post about this before too! (((:
