Salads with baby spinach, varrots, brocoli
Ever since finding out I was pregnant I've been eating veggies and fruit. And it hasn't stopped since. Now at 24wks I eat on average a lunch veggie tray that has a slice of cheese and walnuts. Lol plus 1 or 2 peaches or nectarines every day. Love my cereal in the morning too. Lol
Homemade smoothies, homemade soups, salads with brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, a little bit of onions and cheese with Ranch! :)
Homemade fruit smoothies, avocados. Although lately I can never find good avocados:(
All kinds of fruits yum. Or bagels with different spreads. And cereals , i look for ones fortified with vitamins. And to add sum healthy fat i go for lean red meats. Like really thin steaks with veggies on the side. Goodluck
I love sugar snap peas and ranch dressing.
