Breech delivery

Anyone ever delivered breech vaginally? I will be attempting this in 5-7 weeks. Curious if anyone else has done this. My baby is tiny and not expected to live long after birth due to no kindney function and no amniotic fluid.

Hey Jillian I'm so sorry to hear about your little one. How many weeks are you? There was recently a story in the news about a female politician who was pregnant with a fetus that did not have kidneys either. But they injected fluid every week into her amniotic sac to develop the babies lungs. After the baby was born she has been on dialysis and doing well. They are growing her so at one year old she can receive a kidney from one of her parents. It's a truly amazing story and I thought you might be interested to see if this is a viable option for your little one.  I would also suggest banking cord blood.

If she delivers breech, it gives her more time with her baby, rather than being in recovery.  Also, the baby had to be 4 lb to attempt dialysis.

And WHY would they want you to deliver your baby breach? Doctors here would give you a csection if the baby is breach. How many weeks will you be in 5-7 weeks?
