Walk around bare breastfed as much as possible. Also, try cabbage. Sounds funny, but get a cabbage and freeze it. Peel a leaf off and slap it on tour bare breast. They are the perfect shape. If you're still breastfeeding look up which color will reduce supply.
I'm currently 13 weeks (tomorrow) with a nursing 21 months old. Mine hurt but I use lanolin for my sore nipples. When I go bare, he thinks it's feeding time. Haha. I hope this helps!

I personally had sore boobs with both of my pregnancies and I have very large breasts so I found that a super tight sports bra helped me the most so there was no jiggling or hanging if I bent over or had to chase my toddler

Wear a loose fitting bra and be gentle with them! It should get better after the first trimester.

I'm 5 weeks as well. My breast aren't sore but nipoles a little sensitive. I read that you can use oil! Congratulations btw!
