I went for my anatomy scan yesterday where i was told i was having a girl! We are very happy and excited because we have three boys and this will be our only girl. I am just scared that when i go back they tell me otherwise... How accurate are they in determining the gender?

I have to go for my second anatomy scan in two weeks because they couldnt get all the mesurements they needed. :/

How far along are you? I was 19 weeks when I had my first ultrasound. The tech said I was a boy, but we couldn't really tell. The only answer we got was that the little white dot was a penis...sure lady. Lol. The second ultrasound I had at 25 weeks and little man was quite cooperative. Sure enough ALL boy clear as day. Lol.

I had mine at 21 weeks and the tech said she couldn't get a clear shot and "thinks its a girl" I'm 32 weeks and haven't had another u/s yet and probably wont unless she stays breech. I hope the tech wasn't wrong! Point is... if they were uncertain I'm sure they would tell you

They are usually pretty accurate.  I'd go with what they say.
