Can I take over the counter Prenatal Vitamins ? If so which would be the best ones ? I'm 5 Weeks but my first Obgyn Appointment isn't until march.

Look in to Kyäni Sunrise as your prenatal vitamin. It's a liquid vitamin that has everything you need and more. The most important thing, is that your body will absorb 99% to 100% of it, where your body can only absorb roughly 35% of any pill. This way baby gets ALL the goods! Most doctors now highly recommend fish oil for baby's brain development. Kyäni Sunset! I took both of those products with my one year old and am still taking them.  And I'm expecting my third!

I got gummy prenatal vitamins that taste like lemon and raspberry from riteaid. I recommend them since they don't make you feel sick like other prenatal vitamins do.
