What the heck are you talking about? No one said anything about that in this thread. And, no, it is not like tylenol or tums... tylenol is not even deemed safe in pregnancy these days & both of those medications are just that.., medications synthesized in a lab. Herbs have been used for centuries as opposed to modern medication.
To the original poster. I started mixing my own tea with red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, dandelion root, red clover leaf, & rosehip s for fertility prior to becoming pregnant. We tried for two years to conceive & when the doctor insisted I go on clomid in may I refused. Started drinking the tea in June, had my last menstrual period in July.
I stopped that blend as soon as I became pregnant & started mixing/ drinking a new blend about 27 weeks. Red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, oatstraw & peppermint leaf. It's a great pregnancy blend for uterine toning, kidney & liver health, magnesium & calcium, & digestion & healthy bowels.
When the baby comes that is a good recipe, but you want to remove the peppermint bc it hinders your ability to lactate.

@Isis1515 she's exactly right no harm to you at all
Ok everyone, red raspberry leaf is not gonna put you in labor. It is not an abortificant. It is not blue or black cohosh. In fact it is prescribed by naturopaths for women who have had repeated miscarriage. Toning your uterus means it prepares your uterus for childbirth. The warning on the box is standard, just like there are warnings on Tylenol, tums and other drugs approved for pregnancy.
Have u had any complications with ur pregnancy? If not it is safe to take, but start with a lower dosage. Increase as u get closer to delivering. Be sure to keep drinking it after labor as well. It's great stuff for women's health.
Mountainroseherbs.com is where I order my herbs & teas. They're all certified organic & fair trade.
I hear bulk herb store online is nice too... bc it's cheaper than mrh.
I'm 31 weeks is that too early to start taking it?
Kroger in the natural food aisle area
