head ache with the heat

The heat has given me horrible head ache I cnt stand it now it hurts alot dnt want to go out and stayin home makes it worse.. tried pain killers they just last 2 hours then its bk to square 1.. dont want to overdose my self.. ny one knw wt I cn do or tk in food etc? Thanks in advance. . X

Omg jenny cn dt really be the case I will deffo get it checked and see what happens next lol neva thought some thing like dt cn trigger head aches. .I know suffer from black outs aswel when I gt up and then really light headed...

Have you tried a chiropractor?  Some specialize in headaches.  I had a headache for almost two weeks, turns pit my neck was horribly out of line, my neck was adjusted and the pain immediately went away.  I try and go every few weeks.

I drink lots of water hun wn I cnt I try lots of watery fruits eat lots aswel but this head ache dont seem to go.. I dnt want to tk too many meds either
