TMI but I have to ask

I have hemorrhoids!  Never had them in my life. My question is 1. Is this normal in pregnancy? 2. How can I relieve this discomfort?  Any suggestions u have is welcomed!

Omg I had yo call into work today cause I can't sit down!!!! My job requires I sit for long periods of time yhank God for FMLA cause I'm like ughhhh I can't makr it and I havemt gone to the bathroom yet. Cant go through this at work!! No way

The hospital even sends you home with tucks pads that help.

Witch hazel works for me. Just soak a cotton ball with it and dab it on and it sorta numbs the discomfort. Just an fyi though, they do get worse when you deliver. It felt like I had blueberries between my cheeks lol. Sorry for the tmi lol

Try a sits bath, that's what the nurse told me

It is very common, try a warm bath the heat will sooth them a lot, even trying a warm compress on them helps! If they itch preperation h is great, it also is wonderful under your eyes to take away any puffiness lol
