Lots of water. LOTS of fresh fruits and veggies. Eat until you poop. There are tons of other over the counter stuff to take. Docusate sodium is a stool softner. That's for maintenance.  Bisacodyl tablets stimulate the bowels to start moving. Senna tablets are laxatives. Milk of magnesia is a laxative. Also switch to a non constipating iron supplement. I'm taking an iron supplement that is basically concentrated fruit juices. (Pregnant women need at least 30mg/day.) And take prenatals that don't have iron in them.

This is kinda gross but you can take a qtip or latex covered Popsicle stick and lubricate it with vasaline and well ur grown you know where I'm going with that but I would be very carful and even enlist the help of your partner for that one I've only ever used qtips my cousin once said she used a Popsicle stick idk if this will help but that's all I have. Have you tried stool softeners?
