Help! Mucus Plug?

I went to the bathroom and when I wiped down there, there was a small amount of mucus and it had a little bit of blood everytime I wiped. Am I losing my mucus plug? Should I call l&d? I dont want to call and they'll just tell me to stay home..

I had a little spotting last week and my dr. said it was normal, she said it was probably due to my membranes starting to rupture because od dilating. She said a cause for concern would be if there was a heavy flow but that spotting was nothing to worry about....goodluck :)

Agreed. Id wait until pains start or if your waters were to break. Some ladies plugs go bit by bit or one massive lot and nothing can happen for ages. It can even rebuild itself. If you were also to have a big blood loss then I'd also contact the hospital.  Keep monitoring it.
