If it's morning sickness, have you filled a prescription for diclectin? It takes a while to work, so if you are always sick in the evening, take it every morning.

No, try melatonin it's all natural and the gummies have a decent taste

No, it has asprine in it. If you can't sleep try drinking camomile tea and taking a warm bath to relax or take a hot shower. Or if you're sick you can take Tylenol Cold to help with symptoms.

I don't have my safe list in front of me but I don't remember any alka seltzer being on it. I think some or all alka seltzer also have aspirin which would be a big no. For sleep benadryl helps and it is safe. At least wait to see if some other mommies here know for sure or have alternative options they can share with you.
