Yes, go be seen at Labor and Delivery at the hospital you'd give birth at/ or which is closest to you. You're far enough along now that you can go straight to L&D and bypass the E.R. You should be seen though, ESPECIALLY if the spotting/bleeding/cramping are new symptoms to you that you've not yet experienced. It will ease your mind to know what's going on. I went in with spotting (which was new to me, I hadn't had any blood throughout my pregnancy) at 26 weeks, and I was in preterm labor, even dilated to 1 cm that night. Good luck. Definitely go to the ER. Bleeding and cramps should be looked at

Bleeding is nwver a good thing get checkes out just to be on the safe side
It is but im 29 weeks and have been bleeding since 27 weeks and my doctor says everything is fine as long as im not cramping or contracting...its still a little uneasy to see blood everyday!
