Torn between wanting to give birth and nervous....

It's my second pregnancy and I'm not concerned about the labor part  but I'm so not ready to give up being at my toddlers disposal. She's a totally snuggle bug and loves our 1 on 1 time.

We're all so excited about baby #2 but it's a bittersweet months and we expect her anytime now.

Glad I'm not alone in feeling this way.
My siblings all have multiple kids and they said it's totally normal and everyone adjust nicely after a few weeks:)

I'm just putting off housework and enjoying the last of my 'mother of one' days. We've been watching extra movies and she's been helping my wash the babie stuff and get it ready.

I know what you mean, I feel so guilty that I won't be able to give my 2.5yr old all of my attention anymore. Someone told me the best thing to do is try to involve your toddler by getting her to help as much as possible - getting wipes, nappy, blanket etc. But then I don't want to turn her into our little minion who does everything either... Arghhh! I'm sure it will all be fine once we find some balance :)
Best of luck to you!
