Benadryl or Tylenol pm is safe to take your entire pregnancy to help with sleep

No reading or activities on your phone or tablet or iPad.... Just read an article about the blue light preventing the production of melatonin which helps u sleep. That being said if u don't read or anything from those devices I would say relaxing bubble bath with very little light to help wind down.

I am 35 weeks and having such a hard time getting a good night's sleep. Using pillows and making sure the room is on the cold side helps a little. Good luck!!

Same here. Sometimes reading helps but it has to be something that doesn't hold your interest. Warm bath with a little Epsom salt may help. Insomnia is the worst during pregnancy.
