I like the Basic Prenatal by Thorne. They make really good, high quality vitamins and their prenatal is more like taking a tasteless pill, tho you do need to take three a day. But they are a capsule instead of one of those big gross green horse pills lol.
I take life brand spectrum prenatal postpartum, and I've never had a problem. I take them at supper time with food.
I take Citranatal which is a combination package (prenatal tablet and dha capsule) that is available by rx only. I've been using it since my first ob appt and have not had n e issues.
Def talk to your dr first but my dr oked the gummy ones from Wal-Mart. They don't make me sick, I don't have to eat with food and they taste like candy. Hope you find something!
Vitofal one prenatal
Its small, smooth and zero after taste. One good guzzle of water and I'm good. Other prenatals made me nauseous and I had to take them right before bed, but this one I can take whenever!
I bought spring valley gummy prenatals from walmart. They taste so good. Orange, strawberry and lemon flavors. They have everything you need in them. I actually enjoy taking them!
I use the gummies :) they are awesome
Target brand prenatals are pink and.smell kinda like strawberries lol
I use enfamil Excepta they are excellent, you get a dha soft gel pill and a regular with no odor or smell
I use rite aid prenatal vitamins, I can take it fine no problem. I tried other brands and they made me so sick. Gummi vitamins work as well.
Does everyone take the fish oil? I don't like taking it because sometimes it makes me feel like I have to burp a lot then I taste fish..it's gross!
I got nature valley prenatal +DHA they are red pills and I do a lot better with those than the ones the doctor tries to prescribe.
I dont take fish oil when pregnant just eat lots of salmon instead bc pills are hard enough for me to get down...dont need more to try to take.
Centrium prenatal- has the multi and dha. And nature valley with dha. Definitely get something with dha so important baby's brain development!
I used the materna brand. If you live where there is sobeys, like I do, they give you free prenatals 6months prior to getting pregnant and up til 2yrs I think post partum while breastfeeding. For free. I didnt have an issue with them but I did have to take them with food and lil bit of oj to help with iron absorption.
