ice eaters!

So at about 25 weeks I started craving ice and ate about two cups a day now I am 35weeks and eat about 7 or 8 a day. I just can't control it I just need it Haha I talked to the doc and she stated I was anemic and I now take extra iron suppliments. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue since I was told it was common.

I was craving ice, slushies, ice pops, etc all in the beginning of my pregnancy, and it turned out to be that my iron levels were low so I started taking an iron supplement. It helped, but resurfaced around week 25. My doctor did a blood test and my iron level was slightly low again, even with the supplement. Since then I've been taking two iron pills a day (one in the morning and one at night) and it's been a lot better.

I love chewing on ice sometimes it helps with my nausea I've heard if you chewing on ice it's because you anemic I'm not sure if I am or I'm 26 weeks. As a matter of fact I'm chewing on ice right now lol I crave it all the time too.
