I'm so sorry for your loss. :( I went through the same thing right before this pregnancy. It's very emotional and you are going through a grieving process. Your doctors can help as previous posters mentioned. Take the time to heal...not onlyyour body but your heart as well. It will get better. Promise.

It's traumatizing to go through a miscarriage. See if your doctor who you saw about the pregnancy could recommend seeing someone or a support group who could help with your mental and emotional state. Also, if it is bothering your sleeping, which is understandable, see if they might write you a prescription for something to aid you in sleeping, or recommend something over the counter. It's troubling and they should understand completely and offer you help and support in your time of need. Good luck

Your not being a big baby! You have been through a trauma. Its normal. I had two and they both took awhile. It sounds like your handling it beautifully.

I am so sorry for your loss. Maybe you can ask your doctor is they can set you up with some tempory therapy to get you through the next little while. There is no shame in needing a little help sometimes. Do you have a supportive partner you can talk to about these dreams?
