birthing balls
Currently 34 weeks 4 days and looking at gym balls, I'm 5 ft 5/6 and wondering what others have thought on 65cm balls or would u recommend going bigger to 75cm. Thanks
Just looked it up. 65 goes up to 5'8 and 75 for 5'9 n taller!
I'm the same height and went with 65' on the box it tells you but I think you only get the 75 if you're like 5'10 or taller ahaha
