Very hard to sleep

Hi..I'm 27 weeks and lately it's been extremely hard to sleep at night...what can I do to get some rest

Double check with your OB but my told me half a unison. With my first I tried warm/hot showers with lavender and hot camomile tea...and pillows! Try a body pillow or my
Favorite the couch so you can prop the belly up on the back cousins.

My dr recommended me some unisom pills to help with the sleep which totally works! You can buy it over the counter :) that and I use A LOT OF pillows I sort of sleep up right on my left side and with a pillow between my legs too
