Do I have to get the flu shot

Nope. You should but you never have to. It's to protect you and baby because flu is dangerous for a newborn to get. Their little immune systems just aren't equipped to handle a virus like that.

No you absolutely do not have to, its entirely your choice. It is advised though as the flu can be serious for pregnant women and very young babies.  I'm having mine next week :)

My doc wanted me to, but I declined. From what I know, most tests, immunizations, vaccines, etc while recommended can be declined.

No u don't have to get the flu shot cu i never did with all 3 of my pregnancies n my boys r fine.

You don't ever HAVE to have any type of test/vaccination/procedure. They can't make you. However it is a very good idea to get a flu shot as it help protect you and baby.

My doctor said I had to I got mine at 33 weeks

I got it,my doctor told me that it gives an immunity to a baby for six months after he/she is born. don't know if I had to, but thought it was a good idea. :)
