Mucus Plug!

I just started to loose my mucus plug. I was wondering from your personal experiences, how long after loosing your mucus plug did you go into labor?

Hi! I lost my plug at 1am and by 8am I was in hospital 3cm dilated! Every one is different him I've heard ppl after a week still not gone into labour but my experience it happens almost straight away. My advice to you is have a warm bath, try to relax and try to get as much sleep as you can in the next 24 hrs X save your strength X good luck!! Xxx

My first pregnancy I never list mine until I went into labor.second pregnancy I lost it at 28 weeks-a large chunk if it at least,but had my son at 38weeks this time I've been loosing small pieces since 24weeks and I'm almost 30 weeks

I lost mine 2 days ago and although I've been having Braxton hicks and a lot of pressure it's nothing that makes me think I'm going into labor soon, so we'll see lol

I lost mine this morning and well haven't felt any type if contractions or anything.im 38 weeks

I lost mine a week before labor with my first. It can be lost and regenerated multiple times throughout pregnancy, so it isn't particularly reliable as an indicator. Could be a few hours, could be a few days or longer.
