31 weeks what can i take for heart burn????
So for the past few weeks i been having really bad heart burn i can be sleeping and in the middle of the night i get woken up with heart burn and idea that can easy it a bit????
I tried that a glass a milk at bed time
Oh and milk helps too!
Thanks i will try it out its driving me crazy
Zantac once a day and tums
