How far was everyone when they had their 1st midwife app... I'm between 5 and 8 week pregnant and my midwife won't see me till 9-10 week pref! This is my second pregnancy and I'm certain I saw my midwife sooner than that. (changed area since 1st)

I saw the midwife at my Dr's for my first appointment at 6 weeks 5 days but I won't see her again til 16 weeks now when I have my scan and blood results. Maybe different areas have different procedures?

I was just under 11wks. Seemed to be a bit of a baby boom around the time I needed an appointment do had to wait!

I had first ultrasound at 8 weeks with first pregnancy and 7 weeks with this pregnancy. Both times babies were saw right away and saw and heard heartbeats. I then had a regular appt the next week where they take height weight and urine. My next appt is the 12 week one where they will just listen for heartbeat and measure me. That's how it's been for both pregnancies so far. Some docs are different though.

I was about 7 weeks with my first and this one I was about 8-10 weeks...too early and they won't be able to see anything on the sonogram.
