FTM with anxiety disorders
My son is due to make his big debut in 6 weeks. I am extremely nervous and excited. I also suffer from multiple anxiety disorders and am aware that my anxiety level raises each week. I try to keep calm and meditate as much as possible but the closer the date gets the worse my anxiety gets. Any tips on keeping anxiety under control as the date approaches?
