What's going on with my body?

Okay this might be tmi I need help. I'm 33+5 and I've been feeling lighted headed and nauseous whenever I need to go to the bathroom. Even if I just went I will feel like that 5 mins later. I never had this with my other pregnancies so this is weird to me. Is anyone else going threw this or is it just me?

Exactly I get shaky and dizzy. I just had it happen to me again n I had pain in my stomach so I was just breathing threw it. I will drink more water and tell my doctor at my appt, I'm also on iron pills and was wondering if my iron is still low.

Could be a nerve being compressed, causing a vasovagal reflex. I had it happen when having a b.m during my pregnancy.  I was driving when I had to poo and started getting dizzy and shaky! Lol

Its probably the baby pushing on a nerve hun. When your bladder fills or your bowels for that matter there's even less room for baby, which can cause them to push on other organs and nerves that can cause discomfort and dizziness. Try to drink more water so you're hydrated and so you're keeping your digestive track on the move.
