When to tell work

I'm coming up on 14 weeks and I'm beginning to show! I'll need to tell my work soon. When did you tell your coworkers? I'm nervous because I just started my job in January. We were having a hard time TTC and were on a waitlist for IVF so I never imagined it happening so soon after starting my new job!

That's reassuring to hear they were understanding! I know your employer isn't supposed to shame you or make you feel uncomfortable, and I don't think mine would at all, but it's nerve wracking!!

It depends on what you do for a job. If you do heavy lifting or are exposed to things you shouldn't be while pregnant, you should tell them now. If not, it's up to you. With my first I told them once I was 20 weeks.
