Wrong due date

I had the Mirena IUD and got it taken out in May. I only had one period immediately after getting it taken out, but my doctor says my conception date was around July 25. I am supposedly 21 weeks, but my baby was measuring big at my 20 week ultrasound, I have been feeling the baby kick for quite some time and so has my husband. Is there a chance I could be further along than the doctors originally thought?

Peanuts don't pay attention to insensitive people. To answer your question a lot a moms feel baby movements sooner than others. As long as you're measuring correct at every doctor appointment i wouldn't worry about it :)

My baby was measuring smaller than how far along I thought I was so It's a possibility you may be farther, or your baby may just be larger

That's really a question for your doctor, rather than an Internet forum full of non-professionals....
