Dreams!!!!
Im 22 and a half weeks with my 3rd son and for the last 4 nights ive had the same dream every night that they have had to deliver my baby at 26weeks due to complications. God i hope that isnt anything to go by.
I had a dream similar twice at about 16wks it was so vivid freaked me out! Its prob just our worries creeping into our dreams
You know what I tell myself when I think too much?
"A dream is nothing BUT a dream & a dream is NOT Reality. I am living in the here & now. This IS the present, this IS reality" This serves to stop me from focusing on my negative thoughts & I do my deep breathing exercise.
