aching :(
Ive been aching since last night .. well like 3am :( idk if i slept wrong or why ... i am 28 weeks as of yesterday. Is aching normal ?
I have a pregnancy pillow and memory foam. Maybe i just slept wrong last night because ive had the pillow since 23 weeks and slept like a baby lol
Warm bath and a body pillow. Unfortunately you'll ache for a while yet!
I'm a ftm, but I associate aching with pregnancy lol Do you have a pregnancy pillow? It may be good to invest in one. I like mine, but have heard numerous moms say they loved it.
