For backpain, try a pillow in between your legs, or invest in a pregnancy pillow. Perhaps Tylenol once in a while if it's bad. For nausea, talk to your doctor first, but things that can work are unisom+b6, diclegis, zofran, phenergan, or any ginger type candies, tea, etc.

I had a lot of back pain early on. I am 11 wks and it just started to ease up within the past few days. I guess the hormones can cause it and the changes your body is going through. Heating pad was my best friend!
