Yes a few times I hate that feeling
I cant handle caffeine at all i try to avoid everythin that can make me more anxious i love goin to the gym twice a day workout but since am so pregnant cant do it anymore all i do is stay at home somedays gets me so bad but i try to figh it for my kids but its really annoying hopefully after the baby i can go back to my regukar workout routine thanx u for the advice
I've suffered from anxiety /panic attacks for years. As time goes on you learn how to deal with it. Cut off caffeine like coffee, tea, and certain kinds of pop, this induces panic/anxiety. Try to breathe calmly. You have to find a way that best suits you to remain as calm as possible. Personally I like goin outside for fresh air. Different things work for different people.

Yes it *****. I'm told it's bad bc affects baby and try to take it easy and slow
I have bad anxiety!! But after a while I got it under control. Try drinking tea & doing things that take your mind off things
I do control it but sometimes its so hard :(
I did but you need to control it it will lead u to stress :( I'm over it lol after mmmmmmmm a lot of weeks
