Yes I am an active anxiety suffer. I had about 5 attacks since Ive been pregnant which isnt bad, but the sad thing is I did all natural products to help my anxiety and my doctor told me not to take it. The best thing I can say depending on how bad your anxiety is do some breathing techniques or look for ways to deal with it naturally. I did the deep breathing and it helped.

I have anxiety and am pregnant. I dont use medication anymore, as I wanted to be able to handle my stress naturally. Being pregnant I noticed an increase to the way my body reacted to small stresses. I breathe in deep and exhale an few times to stop it from escalating. Bigger stress and drama I stay away from if possible or shut down before it starts. I would really talk to a dr about what you feel is safe to take.

I suffered from both. First child as well. They prescribed me 20mg of prozac a day at 28 weeks and I feel like a new person!!!

I have anxiety real bad I'm so worried that when it's time to deliver I'll freak out and cause more problems!! The last time around I freaked out and I opted for an epidural but I should have just asked for something to calm me down! Yikes!! Wishing everyone all the best!

Yes.. I've taken benadryl at night. Mostly to sleep and bad allergies. Its been up and down. It went away but now I'm days away from delivery and having bad anxiety again. It helps when I tell my boyfriend. He's super supportive. Talk to someone. It helps. So does sleep, exercise, no sugar/caffeine.

My dr told me to take benadryl for anxiety and panic attacks with my last pregnancy. Apparently there is a natural sedative in benadryl that is safe for you and baby. Ask your doctor.

I get pains in my pelvis. Nothing to worry about. If they are strong and don't let up then call your dr.
