Feeling down...

Hi ladies...this is my first time posting but im on here everyday since I was for months...im now 30weeks today & decided to finally post...i'll give a little back history...I suffer w/ anxiety/depression...I went off my meds while pregnant im only on 1for anxiety...my doc havnt found anything he seem safe to take for my depression while pregnant...well for the past few days i've been feeling like I may have a nervous breakdown...I called my doc office this morning to spk with his nurse or him & no call back yet...Ive been taking my meds but now its seems as tho im really really depressed and im at a lost as what to do

Thnx...Ive thought aboht it...my job offers it for free so it would be a problem..ive seen thm before but stopped a year ago..idk i just feel realy really depressed & on March 1 of this year which was my husbands & I 1yr anniversary...I was feeling suicidal...not feeling that way anymore but somewhat close to it :-(

Could you see a therapist? Some insurance pays for mental health as part of your prego benefits. It may be helpful just to talk through your feelings right now. Ask your dr or clinic if mental health services are available for you. They usually are in some form. Good luck hun!
