baby blues?

Hi there...

I had my baby on the 17th march and hes an absolute beauty.
I had a forcep and episiotomy delivery, so im really sore and swollen in a lot of pain.
I love my baby to bits, but feel really uneasy,  i cry and i dont know why, i feel anxious, loss of apetite. Has anyone been through this?
Does it pass?

Thank you

It's normal your hormones are trying to get back to normal as long as your not have bad thoughts about harming you or your baby its normal but if your haveing those thoughts definitely call your doc. All new moms go threw that is this you first if so just know it gets better with the more kids you have:) and it will pass in a few weeks just keep your head up and if you need to cry let it out it hurts more to hold it in and usually after you cry most people feel better:) good luck
