Ok normally baby is active at night and i can get him to kick hard a few times normally i got one light kick out of him i have a appointment less than four hours

I did that wasnt working i fially got a few movements but nothing like normal but now i can sleep for the moment glad i will be on the monitor tomorrow

Drink some water or something sugary and lay down on your left side. It usually works every time.
