I will for sure and I don't push myself because I don't want to feel sick or hurt.
Thats something I also asked is if squatting is okay and she said Yea as long as you listen to your body and dont over do it or become short of breath but in your case with being high risk I would run it by a dr first better to be safe
I'm wanting to do the brizel butt left it's a work out but I'm thinking it might be to much
If you are high risk that sounds like something you should ask your dr next time you call or visit but im not high risk and my nurse recommended light walking and swimming but don't push yourself if you run out of breath it could take oxygen away from the baby.
