Does anyone have there belly button pierced if so when did u take your ring out im 23 weeks and was just wondering how long other keep there ring in :-)

My first pregnancy I took mine out at around 20 weeks. 6 weeks after he was born I put it back in no problem. I had it for 10 years. With this pregnancy I took it out earlier only because my now 17 month old keeps pulling it!

Thanks for asking.... people are telling me I have to take mine out. I also heard I can get a more flexible ring for pregnancy from a tattoo/piercing parlor.

From what I know its safe to have it aslong as it isnt causing irritation etc. Although you may find that after you have baby your belly bar may not sit as flat as it used to due to stretching skin around the bar.  Not a big deal though.

I took mines out early like around 8 weeks. My belly button was so sore and irritated. I would think ad long as your comfortable with it your fine to leave it in. Just remember if by chance you get a c-section you will have to take it out. So you might want to remove it prior to going to the hospital to deliver,  just so you don't lose it.

I just took mine out at 21weeks, but I put a non absorbable suture in it.

I had mine done but took it out before I got pregnant with my first daughter over 4 years ago... it closed up... but I have known some women leave their s in the whole time

I'm 34 weeks and still have mine in. I got a pregnancy belly ring it seems to work fine.

Im 25 weeks and am about to take mine out tried the pregnancy ones and didn't like it but ive had mine done for 10+ yrs so it didn't close up with my first son

I never took mine out, I also have a very deep belly button so no outtie belly button, they do make pregnancy belly rings you can buy online.
