big baby

I measure 3 weeks bigger than I am. But the doctor kept my due date the same! I'm nervous for a huge baby. Anyone else expecting a big baby?

If you had an ultrasound before 14 weeks they will not change your due date even of you measure big. This is because all babies grow at a different rate after 14 weeks. 14 weeks and before the development is all the same in everyone.

Just BC your uterus is.measuring bigger doesn't necessarily mean you'll have a big baby. SK don't.worry. my cousin just had a 9 lb baby girl and her uterus was.measuring smaller. The baby could t for through the birth canal so she has a emergency c section.

To be honest, I'm 16 weeks and I don't think they have "measured" anything yet aside from ultrasounds 5 weeks ago. Do they measure in other ways? Or does the measuring come later?
