blood work

I'm having my first round of blood work done today and I'm already freaking out. I had an anxiety attack the last time I had blood drawn and I passed out. It's not so much the needle as it is the thought of them taking blood from me. Help! What did yall do to get through it???

Thanks! Positive is the goal. I teach and I'm a ball of nerves at work. I can't even think about anything else. The kids are even worried.

I was so nervous I passed out my first time too. I got used to it though. Don't look while it's being done and I know it's impossible not to think about it but try focusing more on something positive, like your baby :-)

That's what I've heard but I don't know if I will. I'm crying just thinking about it. So pathetic.
