So this morning after I went to the bathroom...I noticed some blood. Not a lot...but enough to freak me out...I'm 23+5 and I was wondering if any of you mommas experienced the same thing? And could shedbsome light of what it could be.

I would definitely get checked out just to be safe, generally blood is never a good sign in pregnancy especially from second trimester onwards but in saying that there can be many reasons why it occurs without necessarily effecting bubs. Like sex or a cyst or small hemorrhage you could have a little cut inside etc. Keep us updated and hope everything is all great

There wouldn't be implantation bleeding at 23+ weeks.
Visit your doctor and get assessed, don't mess around when there is colour change in mucous.

Probably implantation bleeding or spotting.  If you wiped it away you're good if it's continuous then call your doctor
