burning skin

I'm having this burning feeling under my breasts like around my bra line. I have tried lotion, baby powder, and even diaper rash cream nothing seems to really help. It's slightly red in color as well. I'm about 28 weeks along with my second child. I never felt anything like this with my first. Had anyone else felt this? Any suggestions on how to make this more tolerable?

I have large breasts so I know how you feel. I put deodorant on after my shower and it helps me so much. If you're already raw, you don't want to do that tho. Gold bond powder is good. Corn starch too. I'm sure the doc can give u something too.

Is it possible its yeast infection?  Also many times additional stuff will cause further irritation,  like creams. Try washing it with a non irritating baby soup wash, dry it with a blow dryer, and only when its completely dry, apply a & d, if u add it to wet skin it can make ot worse.
